Choose the BOT relevant to the service you provide

All of the Cared4 document content has been uploaded to the chatbot.

When asking a question, try and be specific about what you are looking for. I find the following approach will yield the best results. Here are some examples:

• If you are looking for a form, best say care plan form or accident form.
• If you are looking for a procedure or policy best using the phrase e.g. Safeguarding policy or Duty of Candour Policy.
• You can also ask for internal content e.g. tell me about storage of controlled drugs or who to report a data breach to.
• Your results will usually link back to the Collabor8 platform. If there is no link say “please provide a link” and you will be directed to the relevant folder
